With this being said- I have come to terms that my training will not only improve but my life outside of running will become less influenced (in a good way) by the well known crap. I still need to run.
It will take me about 2 weeks to adjust to but I am ready to get the show on the road. The regular routine will be to:
3 sets of push-ups
Okay- it's 5:52 a.m. Time to hit the pavement. 3 miles ahead of me.
