During the times of doctor visits I was:
880 (over half mile): 3:25 Baxter Woods course
1 mile: 7:08 Baxter Woods course
5k (3.1 miles): 24:28 Ocean Park 5k
10k (6.2 miles): 52:52 Beach to Beacon
This Wednesday I will be attempting to beat my 1 mile PR. It has been exactly 1 month since my running group has done this time trial. Please keep your fingers crossed for me!
For now I wanted to check in and let you know I am alive. I know you were worried. I was a bit worried too.
More to come tonight.

Clearly I didn't get many miles accomplished. But I was able to get enough cardio without really hurting my foot. This week I plan on running 5 days, still keeping my mileage low.
As for the rest of the week. Picture per day.
Wednesday's sunrise. This is why I wake up at that hour.
A happy accident. Decided to take a different route and found the trail that everyone talks about. Don't you love when that happens?
Green + no vehicles = Happy Tia.
Sweaty-Monster looking Tia.
View from our run this morning. Windy. But smelt so right.
A painful yet beautiful walk on the beach. The sand was tough on the injured foot. Damn you foot.
Matching Asics on Jody the Pearl (my car) while we washed our sandy toes off.
Ice. Ice. And more Ice. Thank you STL.
There was no way I wasn't going to have seafood after that salty run. I asked for a lobster roll, and my wish came true!
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Stay tuned for more.
P.S. Thank you to everyone who has been reading. It puts a big smile on my face!!!

Don't mind my slicked back hair and shiny face. Stay tuned for a post on my socks!
My favorite picture of the week. Brilliant.
Blurry picture of all time favorite: DMB. Thank You Tom & Nancy!

Since I am so late on this post I am going to post some fun pictures instead of writing a novel. I know, I am lazy.
Maddie and I- cutest dog at the event! -- (Scott's S.I.L.'s dog). We hope to get a dog ASAP. His name will be Bruce.
What I did as soon as I got home. The soreness was real after this race. For four days.
Happy Memorial Day! Muffins made in my our pan- Coffee poured in our new mugs. I love decor.
And this is how it ended.
As always- We out did ourselves. But of course it was totally worth it.
